Gabe played 3rd Grade basketball at the rec center this year. He had a great team and wonderful Coach Bill. Here he is #20 in white....

He has a great time playing and he has really improved since last year. Way to go Gabe!!!

Icy, Icy Baby......

The first week in February we had a terrible ice storm. We got over 1.5 inches in 2 days. It had covered everything. Although it was pretty to look at the ice caused alot of damage to trees, power outages and the schools were out for 4 days. Here are a few photos I took in our yard.

This photo was actually published in the Effingham Daily news. They were having a winter photo contest and I submitted several photos. I did not win but about 80 out of 600 were published in the paper.
